Taking Measurements
Taking Measurements requires a piece of paper as big as each foot, a tape measure and a friend to do the two tracings and the various measurements.

The tracings are done while standing straight. Your friend should be kneeling in front of you. Have the friend hold the pencil at 90° to the floor, resting at the back of the heel. Trace along the inside of the foot starting at the heel and ending at the great toe. Repeat, starting again at the heel, and tracing along the outside of the foot, and ending at the great toe. Try to keep the pencil at 90° while tracing. The second tracing is done the same way, only this time the pencil should be held at 45° to the floor. Please refer to Figure 1.

Once the tracings have been finished, sit down and have your friend measure the circumferences as indicated in Figure 2.

Important! If you can send us a photograph of your feet for our file, it will assist us in selecting the proper foot mold.
